Your placement of a bid or bids on any items being offered in this online auction signifies your acceptance of the terms of the auction as set forth here. Please read and understand these auction terms prior to participating in this auction.   

1.     10% (ten percent) buyer fee will be added to the winning bid/s to arrive at the total contract price being paid for the property.

2.     McPherson Auction & Realty and its agents are representing the seller/s in the transaction and are not responsible for statements made by other parties. Any third-party agent is not a sub agent of McPherson Auction & Realty.

3.     Any person or persons interested in purchasing items on this auction can do so by bidding from their own computer, via the internet, or live onsite. We will be happy to help you in any way possible if you are unable to bid online or from your smart phone, let us know how we can help.

4.     All bids are in US dollars.

5.     All auctions, either onsite or online are cash auctions. All prospective bidders must have their financial arrangements made prior to bidding on any real estate or personal property sold at our auctions. At no time will the sale of any real estate or personal property be contingent upon the high bidder's ability to receive financing, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the sale for that auction.

6.     ALL payments must be in the form of cash, personal or company check or Wire Transfer.  Most major credit cards are also accepted (plus 3.5% credit card fee).

7.     Seller will furnish the title to each unit selling. In the event a vehicle doesn’t have a title, the seller will supply the buyer with a bill of sale. Titles in process will be sent to the buyer as soon as they are received from the state of Wyoming.

8.     Buyer will pay any and all county registration fees when transferring the titles into their name.

9.     ALL items sell "as is where is - with all faults." All items selling in this auction are available for your inspection at any time prior to bidding. Inspecting items after you have become the winning bidder is not grounds for refusal of the item or refusing to pay for the item. You are responsible for purchases made on your bidding number.

10.  McPherson Auction & Realty are representing the seller's interests in all transactions. Announcements, verbal or message, made during the auction take precedence over any and all other advertising and representations.

11.  A (ten percent) 10% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid/s to arrive at the total contract price being paid for the property.

12.  Announcements made day of auction take precedence over any and all other advertising or representations, verbal, printed or delivered under any other media form.

SHIPPING: All buyers are responsible for shipping and transport of all items purchased. McPherson Auction & Realty will help locate or coordinate with transporters, but the buyer is responsible to contract any and all carriers, complete those contracts and make payment arrangements with the same.

LOADING FEES: The seller will charge a minimum of $50.00 (fifty dollars) for the loading of any vehicle that can be loaded with his lifting equipment. This will be paid directly to the seller by the buyer.

TITLES & BILL of SALE: Titles will be sent to the buyer from 10 to 30 days after the auction. Titles will be filled out in the manner you have registered for your bidding number. Bill of sales will be completed in this same manner.

REMOVAL TIME: ALL items must be paid for at the scheduled times or within three (3) business days after the close of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume all responsibility for all items once sold. Buyer will have up to 30 days to remove purchased items. Loading and pickup during normal business hours only.  All buyers are encouraged to bring trailers, tools, air compressor, generator, jacks, chains, gas, jumper cables, tie downs, spare tires and rims and etc. items that will help to get your vehicles loaded. NO TORCHES ALLOWED DUE TO DRY CONDITIONS.
