• High bid requires $2,500 non-refundable down payment (Earnest Money) due on date of Auction.
• Six percent (6%) buyer’s fee added to the winning bid for said property, buyer to pay the SD Professional Fees tax on this amount. 
• Property will be sold “as-is; where-is” – no warranty of condition and is not subject to appraisal or professional inspections.
